I’m thrilled to share that Inflectiv has officially turned 5!

It’s amazing to think of what’s changed in just a few years.

When we started in 2020…

• The term ‘revenue operations’ was rarely used.
• Queen Elizabeth II was still the reigning monarch.
• The acronym “GPT” was most widely known as an enzyme.

For anyone thinking of launching their own company, here are ???? ?????? ???? ???? ?????? for our small but mighty team:

? ????????????? ??????????. As a team, we gel. We genuinely like each other and respect the unique skills each person brings to the table.

?️ ???????? ??????????????. Keeping our remote team in sync is vital, especially when we are individually embedded with clients. Slack and daily standups have made all the difference.

? ????? ???????-?????? ???. As the people that help GTM teams get value from their tech stack, we are constantly adapting. Staying in touch with our client’s pain points and the industry – and then evolving what we offer – ensures we deliver services businesses need.

?? ????????? ?? ????????. Referrals rarely happen based on the work itself. We’ve cultivated a reliable network of terrific partners and “friends of the firm” who help us succeed. This requires regular interactions, going to events, and following through on our commitments.

? ??????? ??? ???? ????. It’s a cliché, but delivering value will always beat nickel and diming. Helping someone understand their challenge or overcome an obstacle, even as a favour, usually pays off over the long term.

These five years have flown by.
